It's actually an extension that you can add to Apple Mail, to Gmail, or to Outlook, and it sits on top of the email account that you already use and it adds a whole suite of additional features, power, and functionality to make your inbox smarter. But what is Mailbutler? Well, Mailbutler is not a separate email client. You can now start sharing information with your Collaborators. In the Mailbutler sidebar, click on the Account Settings ( ⚙) button, then Account & Preferences.ħ. Click on the Mailbutler icon to open the Mailbutler Sidebar.Ģ. You can share Notes, Tasks, Message Templates, Signatures and Contact information. That means, you can share information with your Collaborator and they can share information with you.ħ. Once your Collaborator has confirmed the invite, they will be added to your list of Collaborators and you will also be added to their list of Collaborators.
